shipping your sahar order
so you’ve made your online order! we can’t wait for you to receive your new sahar pieces and are committed to processing and shipping your package within 4 business days of placing your order. for all of our made to order items or engraved pieces, please take note of the projected timelines stated in the product description to get a good sense of when the piece will be completed.
we advise you to please make sure that you double check that all shipping information is correct, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your package has been delivered to the stated shipping address.

- free expedited shipping: 8-15 natural days
- Express: $20 and up: 3-8 natural days
please note, this does not include customs clearance time or processing times. your packages are shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order.
when will my piece ship out?
we try our best to ship your special pieces within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and will be shipped pending order volume.
we advise you to please make sure that your shipping information is 100% correct as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been delivered to stated shipping address.
how much duty and tax will I have to pay?
we're unable to provide an estimated duties and taxes amount as this will vary by country. please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and custom charges. if you order is refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
